Architecting Data-driven Design Optimization

Developing a data-driven framework for rapidly optimizing the impact of web design and communications

Summary

Partnered with R/GA's data science leadership team and Google's Media Lab to plan, architect and design a data-driven workflow and repeatable assessment framework for rapidly optimizing product marketing website design and communications.

To achieve our objective, I collaborated with the heads of R/GA's global Marketing Science team identify the common influencing factors and elements persistent across all landing pages and craft a strategic decision-making system to optimize their priority and impact to drive better marketing results.

Outcomes

  • Successfully developed and deployed new workflow and framework systems for Google's Media Lab team
  • Distributed framework to R/GA's global Google teams to help inform better design optimization practices
  • Executed case study optimization of Chromecast landing pages, increasing usability and conversion rates
