My friend and former college fraternity-mate, Dr. John Thousand, DDS, asked me to collaborate with him to illustrate his new book, Impossibly Perfect Implants.
The mission for book (which caught my attention) was to provide dental surgery patients with a simple, visual and accessible means to understand the critical procedures and issues related to their dental health. Many dental patients lack the necessary information and knowledge to make responsible dental health decisions and the book attempts to help alleviate this problem.
Ultimately I delivered some 50+ custom, hand-drawn dental illustrations and diagrams. The book was published in 2019 and is currently being distributed online via Walmart.com, Barnes & Noble and through Dr. Thousands growing dental practice.
