I have personally struggled a lot in my life in coping with and managing stress and anxiety. In my art and drawing I have found my safe space and my therapeutic outlet. Creative work and especially drawing and coloring is ground for me and I believe the benefits should be shared.
So, in the spirit of mental health awareness, I wanted to put my own anti-anxiety drawing to good use and make something that could help others too.
